What does 2022 look like for our Wedding Couples!

Thanks to everyone for an AMAZING 2021. We am truly blessed to share in the lives of so many incredible couples, families and children.

To all of our rockin’ wedding couples we were honored to be part of your wedding day. We’ve laughed with you, cried with you, your joy was contagious. I have the best job in the world!!!!

I was hoping we’d see weddings and events go back “normal” but now we have to deal with the Omicron virus.

OMG , I’m so tired of this damn pandemic.

What does 2022 look like…. some postponements, but hopefully less than last year. We both are fully vaccinated, with 3 jabs.

More couples are planning to go ahead with a smaller weddings under whatever guidelines are in place this year.

Love is love! And smaller wedding stories are just as beautiful and bigger ones

As a non-essential business, we will always have to follow the provincial and city guidelines.

So for the foreseeable future, we’ll be holding all client meetings (including initial meetings) via phone chat

I feel this is the safest way to move forward for your health and ours.

As for our engagement sessions we’ll be maintaining a 6 foot, social distance at all times and ask that you do the same.

To safely get those close intimate shots that I love taking, I will be using my long lens to shot then safely. (thank goodness for lens choices)

Depending on where were shooting, we could be wearing a mask…not my favorite… we try to avoid large groups of people.

VERY IMPORTANT…

If I have a session scheduled and you’re feeling unwell or are showing any symptoms of COVID-19 (or have recently been ill), please let me know.

If this happens I respectfully ask to reschedule your session until you’re symptom-free for at least 72 hours, without the use of any medication that might mask symptoms.

If you live with someone or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19,

I ask that you reschedule your time with me until after the 14 day self-quarantine period has finished.

I also will do the same for you.

As for RESCHEDULING YOUR WEDDING

I get it! If you’re thinking about rescheduling your wedding due to COVID-19 please let me know & we’ll chat about available dates.

If the reason you’re moving your wedding date is because of COVID-19 we’re happy to move your non-refundable

retainer and any payments made to your new wedding date.

GOING AHEAD WITH YOUR WEDDING DAY

Your Wedding day might look a little bit different than you expected, or maybe not.

Small intimate weddings can be stress free and allow you not too many worries, more time for those romantic pictures of the two of you.

We have to stick to the rules and guidelines, which means not going into crowded motel rooms, same thing goes with party buses, wedding ceremonies, etc

If you have any questions or concerns about what other impacts COVID-19 might have on your wedding day, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

It seems like were hearing of different changes often, but don’t worry, we

We’ll figure everything out together, we’ll not let this pandemic get us down.

Stay Fabulous!
