What a great couple Alpha and Michael are. They predicated rain all weak but it didn’t faze them a bit, I told Alpha -rain or shine were going to make beautiful memories and it didn’t rain at all! (Smilely face) We started off with Alpha and the girls at the Sigma Inn in Melville, them on the the guys at Michael’s parents home for theit 1st look together. What a tender moment when Michael saw her for the first time in her flowing dress. She looked breathtaking in it!
They got married out at Mariahilf Chapel , a quaint little church. A beautiful outdoor ceremony with many family and friends gathered around them as they said their vows. We took most of the photos at Michael`s uncles Ron Horseshoe saloon...what a great place! If you’ve never been out there, its a must see. It’s like walking into a old western town. It is filled with old memorabilia, from authentic salon, jail, general store, and even a olddie police car.
Their reception was a Horizon Credit Union, Melville, where the western theme continued. Here’s a little peak at their day….
The little church yard they got married in later in the day is in the background
Alpha makes that old cop car look good!!!
Behind bars with some old outlaws…he hee! So much to see at this awesome location. A big thanks to Ron Exner his wild west town site. What a creation and vision he has

A little info on their story by Alpha:
We are both teachers at Bishop McNally high school in Calgary. The sparks began to fly at Michael`s house warming party.
He proposed on Prince Edward Island during a walk on the beach. He waited for beautiful scenery and a quit area. He asked a lady to take a photo of us. While he handed her the camera , he told her to keep snapping pictures. After the initial photo, Michael got down on his knee and proposed!
