I have asked my bride Tara to do a blog post for me on “Tips for Brides” She has been through it and offers advice to others.

First thing I booked:
Reception Hall

My best wedding decision:
The groom, choosing him was the best choice i made….cheesy i know! The Second best decision would be to allow myself to change my mind if something didn’t seem right or didn’t win me over immediately.
I was notorious for changing my mind on the dress, bridesmaid dresses and i’m sure a few more things but in the end the result was so worth it and I have no regrets.

Planning procedure that caused the most stress:
The guest list. Where to cut it off.

Favorite part of the day:
Too many favorite moments to pick from. Walking down the aisle happened so fast but was one of my top moments.

My best advice:
Make your wedding what you want it to be. You and your fiance are the ones who will cherish that day forever. Don’t aim to please everyone else, it’s not their day, it is yours!
Make sure you sit back a couple times throughout the day even if it is just for a minute to soak it all in and take a mental picture.
The day will be over before you know it.

What I would have done differently:
Not let other people’s opinions cause stress.

First Dance, it went by so fast that i was happy the moment was captured.
