It was definitely a hot July day. Hot and very humid! We started out with the girls getting ready at Claire’s parents home on a acreage outside of Roblin. Claire really rocked her wedding gown, she looked stunning!
As the ceremony was being held in their huge yard, we had lots of beautifully decorated stops to choose from. After the ceremony, we went down to the Roblin Golf course for family photos. Chad owes a large area of country side and they wanted their pictures with the bridal party in the pastures and hay fields. There were so many beautiful area’s to choose from.
Claire and Chad had a awesome wedding party and we had a blast with them. They were all great sports to work out in the hot sun…. and the girls still looked gorgeous even through it all. Thumbs up to them!
The reception was held out on Chad’s parents home in the country as well. They had a huge tent set up, it looked fabulous. As we started to eat the meal, there was a horrible thunderstorm. It rained hard for about 45 minutes with lightning and thunder you could hear over the music.
Thank goodness all the outside photos were done!

A little about how they met:
Chad and I had known each other for years prior from growing up in a small town, once I was home during the summer from University we starting hanging out through slow pitch and other small town events. From there we started hanging out and started dating. 6 years later Chad proposed the morning we were leaving for Las Vegas on March 31st and we started to plan our Wedding for the following summer.
